Casole d'Elsa is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Siena in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 50 km southwest of Florence and about 25 km west of Siena. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,080 and an area of 148.8 km².
Casole d'Elsa borders the following municipalities: Castelnuovo di Val di Cecina, Chiusdino, Colle di Val d'Elsa, Monteriggioni, Pomarance, Radicondoli, Sovicille, Volterra.
